Shipping policy

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For shipments outside the US, select "International Shipping" at checkout. All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that the customer is responsible for paying the local country's import duties at time of delivery. Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to calculate these fees at time of purchase.

International shipments are final sale, and may not be returned or exchanged. If you have questions about international shipping, please contact us for more information prior to ordering.

AN ITEM WAS MISSING OR INCORRECT

If you have received an incorrect item, please immediately contact Shop@thirteenranch.com. Please include your order number in the subject line, and attach a photo of the wrong item you received. Photos of packaging and the packing slips may also be requested depending on the claim.
